About the Program
BGCK Football offers a range of programs from full-contact tackle football to non-contact flag football for youth and adults. Our Knights Tackle Football program competes in an external league each fall, building discipline, teamwork, and athleticism. For families looking for a non-contact option, our Fall Arena Flag Football and Spring Flag Football leagues provide fast-paced, fun competition.
Spring Flag Football is our scored league with full standings tracked throughout the season, culminating in a championship tournament. We also run an Adult Men's Flag Football league for players 18 and older looking to stay active and competitive.
All programs are played at the Boys & Girls Club facilities and local partner fields. BGC membership is included with your sports registration. Volunteer coaches are always welcome — fill out our volunteer coaching interest form to get involved.

Knights Tackle Football
The BGCK Knights compete in an external tackle football league each fall. Players learn proper tackling technique, blocking fundamentals, and offensive and defensive schemes in a structured, safety-focused environment. Full pads and helmets are required; equipment assistance is available for families in need.
