Girls Gymnastics

Progressive gymnastics training on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Levels 1-6 for skill development from fundamentals through pre-competitive routines.

About Girls Gymnastics

Our girls gymnastics program develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through progressive skill development on all four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Classes are held in our 39,000 sq ft facility — the largest gymnastics training center in Wisconsin.

Classes are grouped by skill level, ensuring every gymnast receives appropriate instruction and challenge. Our USAG-certified coaching staff creates a positive, encouraging environment where athletes can thrive. Students who demonstrate exceptional aptitude may be invited to join our competitive team program.
