Our Classes
From toddlers to teens, we have a class for every age and skill level. All classes held in our 39,000 sq ft facility on 77th Street.
Preschool Gymnastics
Parent-child classes for ages 1-2, and skill development classes for ages 3.5-5. Build coordination, confidence, and motor skills in our upstairs preschool gym.
Girls Gymnastics
Comprehensive training on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Progressive levels 1-6 developing skills from fundamentals to pre-competitive routines.
Boys Gymnastics
Build strength and coordination on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Olympic apparatus training for levels 1-4.
Cheer Tumble
Tumbling skills for cheerleaders. Develop floor tumbling technique including round-offs, back handsprings, and aerial skills. Levels 1-2.
Tumbling & Trampoline
Master rod floor tumbling, double mini trampoline, and regulation trampoline. Progressive skill development from beginner through advanced levels.
Open Gym
Drop-in practice time in a supervised environment. Work on skills, play, and explore our equipment. Check schedule for available times.
Competitive Teams
Our competitive team program develops elite athletes through intensive training and competition. Teams compete at local, regional, and national levels through USAG-sanctioned events.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum
Tumbling & Trampoline Team
Beginner (1-4), Developmental (5-7), Advanced (8-10)
