What the Basic Needs Closet Provides
The Basic Needs Closet is a community resource located at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. It provides essential everyday items to Club members and their families at absolutely no cost. We believe that when basic needs are met, young people are better positioned to focus on learning, growing, and reaching their full potential.
The closet is available to all active BGCK members during regular Club hours. Families can request items through Club staff or visit during designated distribution times.
Hygiene Products
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, body wash, lotion
School Supplies
Notebooks, pencils, pens, folders, binders, backpacks, calculators, crayons, markers, glue sticks
Household Essentials
Paper towels, tissues, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags
Clothing
Gently used clothing for all ages and sizes, coats, shoes, socks, underwear, seasonal items

Drop Off In Person
Bring donations to the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha during regular business hours. Our front desk staff will accept your contribution.

Rally your workplace, school, church, or community group to collect items for the Basic Needs Closet. We can provide collection boxes and signage.
